@banjoddave play the fingering, notes will be different! i.e D 0003 becomes C 0003. See strumminsimon posted vid for GCEA (C tuning) chords in his comments. Peter - the chord annotations are good on screen. You could quite easily put both the D tuning and C tuning chords with the fingering pattern, as a lot of us seem to be playing/learning in C. Thanks for flipping the screen too...!

Hi Peter thanks for all your videos. I play in GCEA. Is there any reason why I shouldn't play the keys shown although the fingering would be different of course.

excellent, really enjoyed it.

Please upload more videos with your Abbott, Peter! (I will upload some myself real soon....)

Oooo I love the sound of that Abbott. Nice sweet playing too.

Your videos have been a great help starting me with my banjo uke. Maybe one day you'll find the time for a break down of this solo? I hope so.
Thanks and keep making your videos!

@dickyban Hi. The uke I'm playing in this video is a genuine pre-war Abbott I was lucky enough to get hold of last year. The Mitchell Monarch I had (Number 31) was sold when I bought this. The two were pretty much identical to look at apart from the pre-war has a black nut (made of ebony believe it or not) and the Mitchell a white one. The tailpiece on the pre-war may be abbott's own custom design, the closest match would be a Nashville Tailpiece which are about 10 pounds to buy.

Hi Peter, Great job, you're becoming a real techie.
By the way is that the banjo uke you thought you may have lost and we were all searching for at Blackpool?

@cauldwell100 Yes it is. Of course it was just me gormlessly leaving it on a chair rather than anyone running away with it!
