@dexateu I believe this song is one of Azam's pieces where she performs in an idiosyncratic language. Whereby, actual words of a specific language are not used. The lyric is crafted to convey a 'feeling' with the music, not neccesarily to say a specific word. She does this in several of her solo works, and her works in the group 'VAS'.
Lisa Gerrard is another singer who employs this faux-language to convey feeling or emotion in a song.

@acerb45666555 It sure sounds like a Bulgarian folk song, but the lyrics are not in Bulgarian. I would've understood them, I'm a native speaker.
