http://www.futurelooks.com/category/events/ - CORSAIR was at PAX Prime 2011 to mingle with gamers, givewaway free stuff, and show off their latest goods. Mike Valera took us through a few of their cases including the Carbide series which consists of the 400R and 500R enclosures. We originally saw these at COMPUTEX 2011 but now they are fully operational and out in the retail channel. They also showed off their H100 and H60 water cooling systems along with the memory and SSDs they are known for.

  • I'm with these guys, been sub'ed for a while and always wondered why the view count was low. Loved when you went to Computex.

  • @Catatonicwater Appreciate the encouragement. We learned a LOT at COMPUTEX 2011 and next year we`ll be doing it even better. But before we get there, we`ll be heading to CES 2012 so make sure you stick around for that :)

  • 2:06 - side case slip(almost) and then the messing about with the harddrive slot, hehe... NERVOUS FELLA; TAKE IT EASY? :D

  • @HitchHikersBlues if you want to, i think you actualy can... because it is made so that you can remove the side fan and use two 120/140mm fans instead. so i think it may be posibole to just turn the fan around if you want.

  • @Mr1mathi1 Great thanks.

I'm wondering would it be possible to turn the side fan around, and have it as a outtake fan?? :D

  • @HitchHikersBlues there is filters on the top and front, and there is a removable filter on the bottom. The side fan is an intake fan and does not have any filters. =D

  • @Mr1mathi1 Hi, do the intake fans have air filters?

Also, is the side fan an intake or outtake fan ?

  • @mrgeo20 The white 500R is a good lookin case!

    Looks excellent at cooling too!

  • great video, learned exactly what I wanted to know about the cases!

  • sounds like he says 500$ @1:52

  • @killAlot80 yep its replacing my antec 900 sick of the wires on the right side getting smashed by the door panel. + wires all over the bottom of the case due to HD mounting positions.

  • Я купил такой!
