Otar TakTakishvili's sonata for flute and piano ... minus the piano. One of my favourite peices when accompanied but I just felt like recording it today so don't judge it to hard my teacher has only seen me play it like twice so the only guidance Ive gotten is from the recordings. anyways, enjoy!
One thing that I noticed right away is your clear tone so congratulations on that. I also noticed that the tempo you're playing at fluctuates a little too often and too quickly. As I'm sure you know from the recordings you've listened to, a little bit of tempo alteration is okay, but for a such a subdued piece like this, you can pretty much stay at the same slow Adagio. One note on vibrato. Make sure you're adding it tastefully instead of using it so heavily on every note. Thanks for sharing!
