I was there in 2008 and they opened it up once a week for a tour.We were told it was unstable also and that there was still bodies buried in the theatre part of the ruins.And supposedly they were watching"Pretty Woman"when it was destroyed.

I never understood, why was this off limits?....we actually couldn't make it that close in 2005.
