@keezy1201 Im guessing you do 4 days with a break between each day? So do like Weight Monday this stuff Tuesday, Weight Wednesday, this stuff Thursday & etc. You shouldnt be doing Weight 4 days in a row if that's what you do, muscle grow better if you leave them a break between each day.
