It's funny how the rational responses are the ones with thumbs down. I agree with most of these people. A lapel pin should not be necessary to being a "patriot" (however vague that identity is)

You do know your facts there apply to citizens born abroad. Obama was born in the US.

It doesn't matter if McCain isn't wearing a pin. He hasn't said he "wont wear one." Nobody thinks Obama MUST wear one at every moment. That's stupid. It's the strange REJECTION of wearing one which raises eyebrows.

Oh please. Pastor Wright made it pretty clear why Obama doesn't wear the pin, salute the flag etc. Typical of the radical left, Obama hates the very idea of America and democracy. He plans...change. A code words for communism.
