Last boss in the abomination quarter of Heroic Naxxramus.
Very similar to the first real boss in Mechanar (from BC).

It's impossible NOT to have that DPS on Thaddius unless you're mentally challenged, or geared in greens.

personaly i think apart from KT he is the only challenging boss in naxx

thads so easy imo, just get on the side u should be, get the buff and burn him down, pug 25 naxx all the time
