Look, all of you people fighting because you either support the original or the cover, just shut the fuck up. I've been listening to Merauder my whole life and I love Heaven Shall Burn and I enjoy both versions of this song. Music is opinion based so one isn't truly better than the other so just keep your comments to yourself. You should only comment if you're going to compliment the band. Just my two cents. Still love Merauder though!

It's just garden variety hard rock music. It's been done 1000 times before by much more original bands with far superior musicianship and better vocals. Totally normal. Sorry.

@1bottlejackdaniels True to that! In fact, if not for Merauder those bands wouldn't even exist. Even Heaven Shall Burn site them as a huge influence, and even (try to) cover their songs. I saw Merauder last night open for Sick of It All and they bring it like no other. These metalcore bands haven't got shit on them. A word of advice to Shitsnot957a: check into NYHC and learn your history of the pioneers who did it first - and better.
