they stretch the truth... "we had an application developed for the iphone/blackberry.." Alarm.com feature for smart phones are NOT unique to platinum. and they didn't design crap, they sell the same old stuff. anything wrong with that? no, not really. but these boys are no better than the thousands of other alarm companies that sell the same old functioning equipment... Vivint is actually a stand-alone company.. check out their site to see how different it is

i have worked for them for over a year and have never had a problem with getting paid!
