There's no need to dub ANYTHING when you think about, dubbing is done because someone wants to do it.

lmao. I imagined him like a bootcamp instructor, but recently I played through again and realised what Steiner meant. Adelbert is a german name, and stein means stone. Arnold isn't german I think, but Steiner was probbaly supposed to have an accent like arnolds, or a german one... it would suit him somehow.
