@chinaBoxer... Ok, I find that crescent kick to be totally pointless and useless! Front groin kick, yes, low knee stomp, yes, crescent kick, NO, I never used that kick in training or on the street, so many people change parts of the forms, how come no one changes that stupid kick? Substitute it with A low side kick to the knee or something useable.

Hey great videos, I have a question about your weight placement while you shift from left to right.. You say you dont over commit at 03:13 but you also said more weight is on the back leg in another video are you able to tell me roughly how much weight is on your back leg to ratio of front leg thanks. Im guessing its about 70:30 %

Since there are two of you performing, it might be beneficial for us if you were perpendicular to each other. That way we get a straight-on view and a side view simultaneously.
Jin Sifu, this is a little bit unrelated to the exercise in the video, but I was wondering when is the right time to apply chain punching in a fight?
