I was five when Toy Story came out and it kind of scarred me. I was convinced for years afterwards that my toys were sentient creatures who would seek their revenge on me if I didn't treat them nicely.

Good message for the children? That's a good message for adults! Or anybody, really. This movie explores a lot of philosophical themes that are similar to 'The Brave Little Toaster'. Toy Story 3 even moreso.
