Saw them in London supporting the Foo Fighters in around 98? Thought a bunch of kids had invaded the stage when they came on, right bunch if nutters! They blew the Fooeys away, one of the funnest live bands I've seen. Still play their album "one day at a time" regularly, only eight tracks on it but every one a banging tune, loved em (o:

Met the guys several times through their sadly short-lived career...great bunch of blokes, always happy to chat and sign stuff even if they'd finished their most manic gigs!
Takes me back to the 90s with Ash, 3 Colours Red (R.I.P. Keith Baxter) and A...all on the scene, great bands, great guys.

The 90s...Days of the Brightest Sunshine and Britrocking Rays in Music History. These guys were and still are my favs coz I aint No Fair Weather Fan of the band. The Best Time I remember.....

OMG! that was great! I was there too, it was Symposioum vs the entire crowd on the second stage and A LOT of mud! I have one of the set lists, complete with muddy splodges still!
