That's not the iPhone's fault, it's the service provider. I've never had problems with my 3G.

great news as always Im not supprised about the class action lawsuit over the g3 Iphone I kinda seen that comming. I like apple but I think that they shot there self in the leg so to speak when they rolled out the iphone g3. I like apple but they need to do a ton more work with there phones!
