It got rid of my high blood pressure, although i dont use the salt as much cuz my diet has a lot of salt in it, but when i was also doing green smoothies i did add the salt because i was getting leg cramps when i was sleeping. Now its too bad other people will not listen about the water cure. I have a friend whos son has cancer and a friend with m.s. Other people at work also. I just dont get it why they wont try WATER when they will try all these chemicals from the doctors.... Makes me sad

I've been depressed recently. Drinking water seems to change my mood for the better more quickly than anything.

Keep in mind they aren't talking about regular sodium chloride "table salt" like we buy for baking or cooking. This is something you'd need to look for at health food store or mail order - some brands commonly used for these types of treatments are Celtic Sea Salt (dot com) or Redmond (sp? it's from Utah). I've used both, I like the Celtic salt better.
