This is the first part of a video tutorial that explains how to build a client / server application that uses Hyper Text Transfer Protocol. The server side is a java web application hosted by a servlet container (here: Glassfish). The client side is a normal java desktop application. The user of the client inserts two numbers then presses "Submit" to send the numbers to the servlet in the form of an HTTP request. The servlet adds the two numbers and return a message to the client in the HTTP response.

  • والله انك رهيب صراح انا قليل اذا حصلت دروس مشروحة على netbeans بس بسألك اخوي ايهو احسن netbeans او jdeveloper

  • @drjaderjeb Both are excellent and almost equivalent for JavaSE applications however Netbeans is preferred with JavaME and in some JavaEE applications. On the other hand, all JavaEE applications using Oracle technologies are preferred to be developed using JDeveloper especially if the project requires ADF business components, ADF faces, Oracle Application Server or such Oracle technologies.
