Craig, great info and very slick "in a good way".
Never thought of those steps and how effective -- I mean with knowing "features don't sell, benefits do" (the combo is powerful) you're taking that to another level with including the 3rd step for compliments. Well engineered

This is some valuable information but it's not like we don't know how to do that already..I mean, it was quite simple and on the surface and not worth being discussed. I thought it was going to be an actual secret to winning friends, not a common sense approach.
