Home movie clips from the 1989 Walt Disney World Christmas Parade. ABC was there broadcasting the parade live. Muppets creator, Jim Henson, is briefly seen in the beginning of the video promoting his recent partnership with Disney. He passed away not long after this. Regis Philbin is also seen doing his "man on the street" interviews. Click the "HQ" button for a slightly better quality version. The original source video was unfortunately in very bad shape to begin with.

  • Launch Pad & Webbie :D. oh wow what a flash back I was 6 & I remember watching this Parade.

  • I was at Disney World on the night before New Year's Eve 1989, and I saw the Merry Christmas Parade that evening with my sister Diane! Wasn't it weird that I'd taped the show earlier that week?!
