Aravt - Mongolian film trailer

This upcoming film is about life of ordinary Mongol soldiers of Aravt unit of Genghis Khan's army.

Genghis Khan organized the Mongol soldiers into groups based on the decimal system. Units, which included all males from 14-60, were recursively built from groups of 10 (Aravt), 100 (Zuut), 1,000 (Minghan), and 10,000 (Tumen), each with a leader reporting to the next higher level. These units were overseen by the tumen quartermaster, called the jurtchi.

People always seek pride from their own nations achievements if they don't have one themselves. One of my personal pride, was being able to date my ex-black girlfriend for 4 years without getting me to marry her. Yes I have, he was an powerful general, I wouldn't want to compare him with Yuan Chonghuan. Have you heard of Ching Shi? you properbly never heard of her. She is the most powerful pirate in history and she was an women. The Qing, British, Portugese all respected and feared her, you could say she was like an pirate general, undefeated.

@owardis397 that's 17 century thing. offcourse they used better weapon technology. Chingis khan 12-13 century person. two different time 2 different condition. have you ever heard Chingis khan's legendary general Subutai? if not check him on wiki .

Hey there, do you think Yuan Chonghuan is an worthy general? I know he isn't as great as genghis khan but I do believe he was better than many mongol generals. Yuan Chonghuan was able to killed the founder of Qing dynasty Nurhaci in first battle, and defeated Huang taiji 200,000 mostly mongol warriors with only 9000 warriors.

Go check him out on wikipedia, I think even you can't help but admit his greatness :D
