NORTH AMERICAN "ROAD TEST" SHOWS

That oh yea chorus is straight from the 80s but I can't put my finger on the band. I almost want to say Winger. Let's get this out of the way right now. This is Van Halen with a Satriani twist. I don't think anyone can say differently. Even the guitar solo has a Van Halen sound. I like it. Sammy's voice is a little to gritty but it's a good song.

Under 20?? Wrong guess... I've been drumming to jazz & rock for 41 of my 48 years. Drumming that long your going to know who's who after a while. My most influential drummers?...Buddy Rich, Neil Peart, Bill Bruford. With all respect, I gave Chickenfoot a chance and just didn't cut my taste buds. Go to a serious jam on Youtube called "Cruise Missile" by the Steve Morse Band. It's available both live and studio version and you'll realize what I'm talking about. Rock On!!

sam did a free 30 minute homecoming show at fontana raceway in fontana, ca.

i stood in the pissing fucking rain for 3 bloody hours to be front and center headbanging, especially during "heavy metal"

sam sees me headbanging, and says to me "you go girl"......i found out later it was up on the big video screens.......problem is, i'm not a girl.
