There's a lot of panning; to mark parts out individually would be useless. Basically, what you've done is violent shaking of the camera, or 'panning' around the clips using keyframe markers.
The black fades aren't distracting. Black tends to (and this is my opinion so take it as you will) give the video a cleaner appearance. It's inverted counterpart I cannot speak so highly for. If you must do flashes, abide to white or black, black being HEAVILY preferred in a situation like this.

I can honestly see what you're getting at - I tried rewatching without the sound, and the white just seemed to grate on the eyes. Is the black fade okay, or is it more distracting than anything else? By the way, do you think you could mark out the clips with the "panning" effect for me please? I seem to have forgotten which effect that was, and feel kind of foolish. And I'm glad you liked that particular part so much, as that one was my favorite part of the song. (Unfortunately, I was too -c-

(cont #3) Just a bit of constructive criticism. I hate it when people don't state their honest opinions, -sheepishly- even if you hadn't actually asked for it. ^^;
My undeniably most favourite part would be 2:23 - 2:38. The editing completely exemplifies YOU, and now that I've pointed it out and with that will soon be departing from the comments box, I shall refresh and replay the alleged section repeatedly until the curse of fatigue shadows me.
Cheers, my friend.

(cont #2) Now returning to the beef of the McGangBang, I noticed a lot of white flashing. The flashing AND the panning is hindering to the eyes and can become tiresome. The fast clips alone are enough to keep the audience entertained without being penetrated by tiny white screens ( though they are highly excusable when 'flashing through' a clip and excluding frames between, like 1:29 ).. (cont #1) ..that you don't overstep the boundary of the F unless you plan to surge inward to an area where the corners are no longer visible. Only applicable to scenes with unusual widescreen properties as used in the part toward the middle with Ray Penber's death and shortly after featuring an enraged Light following the Lind L. Tailor incident. The remaining panning was flawless. The red FX mingling the clips into a gallivant amalgam circulated effortlessly. Kudos.. (on to #3)

Is very cweative and EPIC ( because I care so freakin much I'm going to use ALL CAPS )
OH AND
you is.. SUPAH-STAH!!
C'mon, people, what the hell?
I can't believe I've never commented on one of your videos before.. or perhaps I did and the memory of the event eludes the grey matter of my brain. But I certainly won't forget this. WHAT A TREAT. The FX are sufficient, but you have to watch when panning - especially if you plan to rotate the 'camera' - ...(CONTINUING)...

I'd have to say the quiet parts at 1:50 - 2:06 were my favorite. =P Though I do love the epic beginning even if they hurt the eyes a little bit. But you usually can't have epic without hurting the eyes. x33
