well, i like how people always look on this dark side of China. what they dont show you is how much of these people were pulled out of poverty and despair through out the economic growth
Wow, those are some brave journalists. Amazing work. Those who are evicted are supposed to receive adequate compensation to buy new property, but often corrupt officials keep the money for themselves. There's a new property law that's due to come into effect soon that better protects property rights of individuals, although I doubt it'll help those who are already victims.
