Oh man, I was just browsing through my favorites and saw this. Can't believe I'm getting nostalgic about watching someone else play a game on youtube.

First time I've ever watched any of these "Let's Jab" videos and I loved it! Can't believe you didn't do a "Village People" joke, though. :)

Oh what great memories.
thx for uploading.
I have a version of print magazine with pre done savegames.
Maybe that is why I can't remember some of the screens^^
But surely you did ask the wrong question to the reaper close to the end.
I laugh so much back then "it is fucking damn hot her" - "yes about right".
Or something like this - I have the german version.
Do you run this in the dosbox or on an old PC?
I belive I already tried it on my Vista x64 last year or so without luck.

No problem. It was fun.
I'll try making a "Make Your Own" video for users to recut the dialog sometime. I'll get that line in the process.
Running it on DosBox and recording directly from it.

i saw the abridged series on machinima and wanted to ask is the dialogue altered
stephenrodgers1000 2 years ago
Nope. And to prove it (and for fun), this series of videos shows me going through the whole game without modifying the footage or audio.

lol 6:27 "old lamp 4 new" isnt that from one of the kings quest games. thous games were hard. i dont think i got far in any of them.

The thing about the King's Quest series is that death of your character was a large part of the gameplay. You could die in so many hilarious ways in those games. It got annoying sometimes, but I think it was a charming difference from the Lucas Arts games where you couldn't die.
