***Kodachrome

Well, just to show I still walk the planet, here's this li'l one-vocal-one-guitar-many-added-percussions sort o' rendition. My color scheme has nothing whatever to do with Kodachrome, of course, as I'm terrible at seeing colors. Anyway, I remind myself a of a sheep bleating in places here, so fine, let this be the first Sheep Cover of Paul Simon's wonderful song to hit the Tube. This is a proud day for somebody.

Nice rendition! Although, having actually shot Kodachrome and viewd K-14 slides, I must say that Paul Simon was a liar, the world does not in fact look like a sunny day.

@Fozzymaple Now, now. Maybe Paul just sees a sunny day that way. I'm quite color-blind myself, which may be why my "sunny" colors here are as bilious and strange as they are. Thanks!

Didn't sound like a sheep bleating at all. Once again I thought it was great! Have you ever considered covering Woody Guthrie's Hobo's Lullabye? I think a troubador such as you could do it justice.

@errgray Well, many thanks for the vote of confidence. I kind of like sheep sounds, actually, but anyway. If I really hated my singing I wouldn't have posted it!

Hobo's Lullaby is a great old song. I'll think about doing that one, and thanks for reminding me of it.

@drcarico That's funny. I hadn't seen that comparison, but I like it a lot, as Kurt was a hero o' mine (I met him once in the mid-90s, but had nothing witty or even interesting to say to him. Aargh.  My other favorite is the person who said I look like Einstein (!) and sing like Cat Stevens.
