@07Petri Calm down. i never said they were the same, the prestige is far more clever because you dont expect what happened to happen. The illusionist is predictable. I never wanted to spike a discussion its a closed comment. "In my opinion".

@jstrachan08 That is a personal opinion. You are allowed to have that opinion and say it and spike a discussion about it, but please do not say it like it is a fact. My opinion is that they can't be really compared because they are so different. I think they are both good, both the Illusionist and the Prestige, both for their story, characters and cleverness. But they are not the same.

I watched this quite a while ago so please forgive me if i am wrong. But the prestige wasn't so much clever as it used science as well(or futuristic science=magic), where this is all just true magic and illusion.

Just saw it yesterday, don't know why just now... Magic, secret, love, conspiracy, it's all there to result a great movie. Just awesome!
