I have no clue what a Space Charge Tube Circuit is, but it looks complicated/awesome!
The monitor with the with the wavy lines reminds me of something that would be in a space station! haha

@PacificAntidote The monitor with the wavy lines is called an oscilloscope. The horizontal axis is time, and the vertical axis is amplitude(voltage). Oscilloscopes allow a person to view circuit performance. Thanks for the view and comment!

The grids are designed to be biased at approximately -1V, the same as any other preamp tube.
