Newsflash - 27 Nov 2009 HMRC extends the registration deadline to 4 Jan 2010. Former tax inspector Adrian Huston (www.Huston.TV ) warns you only have days left to clear up the tax you owe on offshore accounts etc. Miss the 4 Jan 2010 deadline and, if caught, you face a more expensive and stressful tax investigation. HMRC are demanding details from over 300 banks, so risk of being caught is high. Penalties much higher than the 10% on offer. Some prosecutions will follow for those who miss the November date. The NDO - New Disclosure Opportunity - requires registration by 4 Jan 2010 (was 30 November 2009). The detailed information is submitted by early 2010.
Don't like the sound of the tax guys going to my customers. Adrian this is a good vid but for my part the ones with the other guy asking you questions are better.
