La Watchtower cuenta con miles de sus miembros que trabajan de balde o gratuitamente en sus casas Betel, en sus imprentas, en sus haciendas; es decir, sin un sueldo mínimo legal que le permita vivir decentemente. Una explotación sin nombre, sobretodo cuando se trata de construir sus nuevos Salones del Reino donde la sociedad utiliza la fuerza bruta de sus miebros para edificarlos sin pagarles ni un sólo centavo.
Dios dice en Levíticos que el trabajador debe recibir su salario por su trabajo. Jesús mismo dijo que el trabajador es digno de su salario y no darlo es un pecado, como el robo, el mentir, fornicar, adulterar, etc.

All of that would not be possible if it wasn't for the thousands of VOLUNTEERS. As for the billions they have, that's how they keep the flow of books and magazines flowing, and halls, legal protections, and maintenance, etc, etc, etc. And unlike other religions, their leaders aren't allowed to spend the money at their will. They have WT accountants that track every penny. Sound like evil work? There is NOTHING ILLEGAL about their operation. They allow visitors and inquiries anytime, try it.

2. they are called volunteers (voluntarios). This means that they do not accrue a salary. Nevertheless, WT Bethelites (as they are called) DO get a living stipend.

They provide a SERVICE, the same service that thousands of religions have been trying to do for hundreds of years, teach people about God, However unlike the other religions, the WT has managed to reach the world in over 200countries and over 400 hundred languages, a feat NO ONE else, not even the UN has managed to do.

The government requires an organization that hires only volunteers to be A) non-profit B) provide a service or program for the benefit of the people and C) provide basic needs to those that are volunteering, such as meals, sanitation, sleeping accomodations, and safe conditions. The WT meets these requirements.
