  • looks so good but wouldnt that be to much portabello mushroom? :) like to much mushroom i would get the icks :P does the burger really taste good not hydrated? i have been looking for a way to use it without a dehydrator since i dont have one!

  • @DarlingKaya your not the first to mention too much mushroom, You coud definatly use (and i would reccomend) juse using one... large Portabello mushroom and just slicing it in half..... if you do that there will still be enough mushroom to make a bun! i still dont have a dehydrator but i dont think i'll be getting one,

  • i like how the burguer looks at the end. nice eyes too

  • Omg I just made this and it tastes amazing! I can't even taste the pulpyness at all. I added an extra 3 dates to it (8). And I used extra virgin olive oil instead. I didn't have any mushrooms, so I just used a iceburg lettus leaf for the buns. It was yummy and filling! Thanks david!!

  • Aw i wish i had some nutrional yeast! I havn't tryed the health food stores yet.. we don't have a whole foods where i live. Maybe the Bulk Barn would have some too... I wonder if i make this same thing will it turn out nasty without the nutrional yeast?

  • You look super healthy! These burgers look great too! x

  • That looks so delicious!!!!

  • This is by far one of the healthiest dehydrated veggie burgers I've ever seen :) I'm tired of seeing all the fat laden raw burgers, this is a nice refreshing change. Take out the salt and oil and it'll be even healthier. Good job :)

  • That's awesome! I've been amazed that most people throw away the pulp from juicing. What a waste!. I've used it in soups. This is phenomenal use for it!

  • Yum Yum! So Healthy!
