See Me Beautiful (Final Wardcliff Elementary Choir Performance)

From the Okemos Wardcliff Elementary School 2010 Spring Concert, the final concert before the heartbreaking closing of our neighborhood school. Ironically, this was performed on the one-year anniversary of the school board's decision to close Wardcliff's doors following the 2009-2010 school year. Led by Deb Borton, in her 21st year of teaching choir at Wardcliff, this performance of the signature song of the Wardcliff Choir, "See Me Beautiful," featured not only the current 4th-5th grade choir, but some of the alumni from the previous 18 years as well (including our 7th-grade daughter, Andrea). A beautiful song, led by a great teacher. Thank you to Deb and the rest of the fantastic Wardcliff All-Star staff. You've all been awesome leaders, mentors, and role models for our children!
