H2B eg hatch13.9 run/ killed Mustang by 3 car length

Check this out, 13.9 run with all stock JDM H2B motor with si tranny. Could have done better with out miss shifting but here ya go.

@runslikeachicken i was 18, it was my 1st build, and i had alot of issues, now im 21 and a tad bit smarter. im almost done my new set up, going for low 11s allmotor, im pretty sure your 2002 gt cant even do that with a turbo kit :D

my tranny was really bad, i was disappointed at the numbers i ran. im going turbo now so low 11s with a stock motor here i come.

p.s that pass was with full interior

how are they junk? ,... i havent changed my oil in 7000 miles and itll still do 12 secs pfffft a mustang would be destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!

ya at my track i havent seen any stock mustang gt's get close to 13s.

thats pretty good numbers for a stock h22 eg hatch and mustangs are nice but fox bodys?....not so much : /

@missflutters i dont really get what point your trying to make? what size engine is the 'stang making 225bhp? because a 128bhp civic will be a 1590cc so would be making alot more power per litre than a mustang. but isnt necesarrily creating more strain on the engine, its all down to how the engine is built rather than output

@missflutters but ccs for ccs, the honda makes more power =P so honda has more strain on its motors.

@lynette1953 everyone says honda is more reliable than ford stangs.think if a honda makes 128 hp stock and a stang makes 225hp stock(example)then the ford motor is putting almost double the strain on the motor.if stangs were that low hp the motors would wear out accordingly.its simple science.i love stangs and i love vtec but its a good point i make....think about it
