The antiphon O sacrum convivium, from a sixteenth century Turnhout processionale (Flanders, ca. 1550).
Chant group Psallentes♀, directed by Hendrik Vanden Abeele.
Singers are Sarah Abrams, Helen Cassano, Lieselot De Wilde, Rozelien Nys, Rein Van Bree, Kerlijne Van Nevel and Veerle Van Roosbroeck.

Well, nuns were also existing and they were also singing by accident. So the comment is not enterely correct.
