good to see an update. hope you had a great holiday. yes, alcohol kills your diet, but its ok to have fun. cut sugars and you will see dramatic changes. dont cut carbs. your body needs carbs for energy. carbs are important, but there are 2 types of carbs. good carbs and bad carbs. ill explain more if youd like just message me. you look grea, keep up the good work.

@hmmm2686 I did enjoy my Christmas hols, it's obvious lol. Yeah I've been reading that actually, that you shouldn't cut carbs completely. I've noticed there's alot of contradicting info on the net when it comes to weight loss! So I've just chosen the wholemeal versions when it comes to carbs that I eat.
