Kemper Profiling Amp test with Fender Princeton and a Stratocaster

This is my very first record with this new product. I would wait to do something better and serious instead improvising in front at a cam, but i then choose to put a pair of vids because the KPA is waited for a long time (and it still a sort of beta at the moment, some feature are missing and occasionally crash). Anyway this baby rocks! Understand and manage all this potential require a lot of time (for me at least) so i'm pretty sure i can catch out much better tones than a pair of default one with minimal change. Message me if you want to ask me about the Kemper Amp, as just few are been built now.

I use on those 2 vids (semi clean with a Fender Princeton and a crunch with a Marshall TLS 60, or so i suppose here real name of amp are missing) my modded Fender Stratocaster mex with Custom Shop '54 (alnico V low output singles) pickup set and some minor exchange in hardware e settings.

IMPORTANT the compression of the video cut a big part of the original richness of the tone. I don't know exactly how KPA works, anyway recording (uncompressed) in 44.1 kHz give to me a worst and flatter results than a 96 kHz, so what you ear is quite far from what the profiling amp do.

@spikelive grazie delle parole gentili, e dell'invidia che per il Kemper è anche giustificata perché mi sta levando il sonno o quasi. Anche per le chitarre, anche se seguendo il canale sai che son tutti modelli economici che ho modificato (e che a quanto pare suonano pure!) e quindi son tutto tranne che irraggiungibili volendo! Sfortunatamente non ho provato l'Axe, sono l'unico dei miei amici a sperimentare (e che rischia di tasca :D). Sto leggendo nel forum Kemper che diversi neopossessori

@spikelive del KPA hanno anche l'Axe FX e seguito, e pare che il Kemper sia una spanna sopra anche se l'Axe ha possibilità di routing nettamente superiori. Tra l'altro pare stiano profilando i suoni dell'Axe FX per il Kemper, così che ti usi "a sbafo" tutto. Ho provato qualche file speditomi da utenti, è come se ti allegassero amplificatori via mail, suoni grandiosi! Guardati anche la profilazione che ho fatto del mio Vox AC4TV, ho messo anche un link per confrontarlo con un video di due anni fa

@joch230 there are very different tones. Consider also that the articulate overtones in the Marshall one was mostly died by compression, is for sure damaged more in youtube conversion than the Fender one.
