This is a short time lapse video of some stars moving through the sky.

It was made with a Canon A610. Each shot is a 10 second exposure taken 20 seconds apart.

There is a plane or satellite in about frame 95.

I hope you enjoy it. Thank you.

  • I live in Tucson AZ....and I once saw two stars trade positions...one of the weirdest things I have ever seen!

  • I see these "stars" all of the time. I will see more than 10 in the span of 2 hours, sometimes. sometimes, they look like they will collide, but they change direction.. sometimes they appear out of nowhere and are very bright, then dim. or I see they are dim and get brighter before disappearing. I have seen large, irregular flashes of light generating from one spot in the sky. these things seem to fly across a general area. it is astonishing, to say the very least. I wonder who they are and wha

  • @jakewidsrocks dude i and loads of other people where i live see them all the time, they look like stars but move slowly change speed, direction etc....i gotta few on video but dont look very much like "stars" up close...

  • im serious IM NOT LYIENG IM PUTTING IT ON...someone you loves heart...i saw a moving star not STARS a single STAR it wanst a plane...moving like fast! IT WASNT A SATILITE IT WAS SOMETHING NOT A SHOTTING STAR!

  • umm...guys? Ever heard of leaving ur camera all night? Then fast foward XD cuz the earth is spinning and the stars stay in place :3

  • nice!

  • my gosh. is that real??

    haha

    coooooool!

  • Not really. Any midrange DSLR would do. Besides youtube really kills the quality. I did a similar time exposure in really light polluted skies, and that turned out to be really good. Although since it was my first attempt, I'm sure I can do a lot better than that.

  • LOOKS FAKE! but i know its real lol xD

  • nice video lol but the quality is kinda bad....i tried this and it came out worse,i suspect we need very expensive cameras to do this properly
