Venezuelan waltz by Antonio Lauro. Once I restring my classical guitar I'll re-do this, as it's terribly sloppy. There are some great performances of this floating around on YouTube - check them out.

  • Good job :D one thing I'll say is it has a more definate timing. With a metronome, it'll be great. Here, you just slowed down and sped up a lot

  • Haha thanks for the comment, although watching this again makes me cringe now. Don't think I'll ever get around to re-recording it with a classical but if I do I'll be sure to bring along the metronome. Cheers!

  • pero donde esta la pasion

  • I play this on electric too - Ibanez S2170 with EMG 81 and 85. The huge warm sound but with tight definition is good for this piece. I normally play with neck pup on maximum treble

I've kinda made it my mission in the rock guitar world to play fingerstyle - no matter how much it rips apart my fingers - so massive respect for this

makes me want to go try and play it again.. I play it much slower with more relaxed slurs and rubato.. try to feel the piece. Can't really play it any better though
