I decided to try the inverted hip hold(?), which went alot better than I expected. And if I could do a split on that side (right leg forward), I could have done that while I was there. I also tried some shoulder rolls (or whatever they're called)... and that was not so great, lol. Not good enough at the balance/strength needed in those areas.
