As you can see, it wasn't so pretty once the americans arrived.

This is a very good film, you can find it on youtube, DO NOT watch the new one, it sucks, and yes, look at their collar, it is white stripes, meaning infantry and they do not have the SS symbol or swastika, just normal patriotic and proud young German soldiers.
