  • recommendations to everyone who's thinking of buying it - softmod your wii and rip your BOUGHT copy to a HDD. Load times are down to 3-5 seconds, and it plays SO much better! As I said, BUY the game, I want these guys to have a better budget for the next installment! :)

  • @APDcar1 Thanks buddy, your a champion. I am an Afl fan and that's why i brought it.

i'm trading my wii in asap, it's rubbish. need a ps3

  • @breadman666 Agreed. The ps3 version looks okay (at least better than the wii version). Ive seen a review for the ps3 version and if ur a fan of AFL go buy it, its starting to get cheaper.

  • @APDcar1 Hey mate, i brought it too on wii, it's fucking shit. the graphics are a joke, i thought i was playing my ps2 for a second. Is it any better on the ps3. Graphics???

  • @The65bill goood on ya

  • Computer games = the best graphics, not any consoles

  • @XxCactusButxX i bought yhe wii version and it was crap, laggy, bad graphics. The only good thing was there are 50 teams and the commentary is kinda funny

  • first gameplay video out

  • (cont) The game plays just fine, but the animation is awkward, and you can tell when you playback replays. If there is anything this game did best was the abundance of modes, from season to manager modes, and fun little mini-games...like they should have, eh AFL Live? By the way people, graphics don't make a game, and even then, AFL Live doesn't look that amazing for today's standards either. But considering these aren't as rich companies as EA, give them credit for doing a decent job.

  • I am spreading this message to say don't judge the game by its cover. It is pretty decent. I would probably avoid the wii remote/nunchuk scheme for Gamecube controller, so you can play it the classic way like the other games.I am sorry developers, but the wii controls were not 'visceral' at all. Swinging up after releasing a button you hold to kick, handball or mark is a bad use of motion controls, and you should have kept it simple. Thanks for offering the classic controls as a compromise anyway.
