They simply don't go up against the court, but I'd rather they said that outright than try and somehow make this look like I messed up something procedural. Being a relatively weak organizational body in such a case is not something they can help, acting morally weak, however, is another matter.
Thanks for the advice though. It was worth a shot. Guess I should have pushed for hoger beroep, but the only court likely to overturn wld be the EU court, and that takes us anthr 5 years down the road.

Heh, well, if you can't laugh it off it's going to kill you, isn't it? And actually laughter's a pretty powerful tool. Not quite "mace in your face" in the court house rather than myspace, but still pretty good.
