Congratulations on your good news! My "baby" is also 12 years old -- she is my second-born, and I guess she is also my LAST born, as I am now 53 years old!

@BolinTobySlothhood I literally LOL'd at your comment! Thanks for taking the time to leave it! But I think I understand a little about how your mom felt -- not completely, though, because one of *my* two "babies" is still at home. :-) Just wait until that one's grown up and gone -- you'll probably be able to hear me boohoo-ing wherever you are! ;-) BTW, there's a SLIGHT bit of an age difference between my two babies: 16 1/2 years to be exact! I think it's all that anticipation, big hopes for the next generation, heartful of love for the new earth citizen, wondering if we will still be here when they are all grown up and singing this song to their own little ones and then passing it on to other mums & dads. My daughter had her first baby boy 4 months ago... and each time I see him, I think all of these things  :-)
