Sonic Advance - Egg Rocket - Sonic - 3'03"65

Been a while, I know. I haven't done much, but I decided to record this thanks to Advance talk.

25 seconds in is a bit clunky, but I couldn't get a good run at that part due to working on an emulator. That alone made me miss a cycle at...

...52 seconds. If I was earlier, I would have BARELY made the platform on its way up, thus saving time. This also prevented me from getting to the second rocket break early enough for an earlier cycle point (as explained in Egg Rocket Amy)

Those and other unmentioned screwups also messed up platform position at 2'35, slowing me down even further.

I didn't mention some screwups due to the blatancy of them, but they're there.

Personal best: 2'55"55... faiz. I need to watch more faiz.

Honestly, I don't understand how everyone can time attack this game on the emulator and still actually get decent times! It boggles my mind!

Well, my personal best stated in the description was actually done on a DS, since I can't work fully efficiently on an emulator. But since an emulator is the only way I can record, I have to sacrifice full efficienty to make it viewable to others. Though I'm sure others use controllers that plug into the computer, I don't have that convenience.

Honestly, I forget. I probably finished five or ten runs, but I probably restarted on screwups over 100 times. How much more I don't know.

Kamen Rider 555, also known as Kamen Rider Faiz. It's a wordplay joke with 555 (the trigger for rider transformation. Faiz sounds like fives) and the greek letter phi (part of the representation of faiz).

Ohhh thats how you cut down the time that much. Didnt knew that jump in the begining was possible.
