Our sales people use By the Numbers for tracking their leads and sales. I use it for data entry. I like the idea that you can have different 'jobs' instead of scrolling through a ton of notes to find something about a particular sale as with our previous database software. Also, the 'search' function is a lot more user-friendly than our previous software.

I have used By the Numbers while working for a roofing and remodeling company and I loved it! It was easy to use and it keeps everything nice and organized. BTN helped out a lot in showing the workers and business owner what was selling and who was good at selling what (just for one example). There are many different options to do with this software, I really recommend this product to everyone, it is worth it!!
