I like to go by feel with my nutrtition. I feel that will give me the most powerful tool to achieve my goals, learning to eat by feel. Having said that, their is something extremely different about the egg yolk. Egg yolks make me feel "anabolic" after eating them. This feeling is not associated with other fats like almonds, olive oil or fish oil. It's especially handy when dieting, sometimes I feel a little catablic or something, and its like yolks can swing me out of that.
