how do you do that colourful shit at the end?

its just a tinting effect, its in the effects panel on premire, you just drag it over the clips you want to be tinted. i cut a bunch of small clips in this so it would kinda flicker

with Premiere you have to cut the clip into little sections and slow each down little by little. for example it wouyld start at 100% and then the next clip would be 90, then 80, 70, 80, 90 and then back to 100%
