  • its just a tinting effect, its in the effects panel on premire, you just drag it over the clips you want to be tinted. i cut a bunch of small clips in this so it would kinda flicker

  • do you know if you can do that thing in the end with sony vegas 8?

  • with Premiere you have to cut the clip into little sections and slow each down little by little. for example it wouyld start at 100% and then the next clip would be 90, then 80, 70, 80, 90 and then back to 100%

  • how do you ramp stuff
