  • @SniperStorm7 The one thing Sony couldn't match was Shenmue don't you think?

  • @SniperStorm7 The sound wasn't terrible, just very hard to program for, hence why any 3rd party 32X game as terrible sound quality.

  • @knucklesfan8 Sonic CD is the best 2D platform game ever made in my opinion, but don't forget about Kojima's visionary Snatcher, the enhanced version of Earthworm Jim that doubled the length, Final Fight CD (which made the SNES version look like a joke by comparison and is the best version on any console except 360/PS3), Lunar 1 & 2, Robo Aleste (a sequel to MUSHA and one of the top SHUMPs), Shining CD, Sol-Feace, and Spiderman. Sega CD brought back Prince of Persia! Pitfall was just okay.

  • @SniperStorm7 yeah almost everyone i knew had a ps2 or xbox, nobody had a dreamcast, i had heard about it, but never saw how it played nor what kinds of games were avilable for it.

  • @tjgehmann1030 The Dreamcast was a wonderful console, it's just that Sony totally crushed them with the PS2

  • @SniperStorm7 oh i see. so it was 32 bit then? its too bad sega went under i didnt think the dreamcast was that big a faiure.

  • @tjgehmann1030 it was better, but the sound chip was terrible, they could have produced some better looking games, but by then, the 32X was dead, but to call it a competition against the Super Nintendo is an overstatement, more like the CD-i
