Oh maybe. I had a new one in the box and it was loaded already so I'm not sure. You can always check to see what version software you have. The latest we have for that phone is v7, which was released in Dec of 08.

mine doesnt have it either.. where it says Visual Voicemail as #6 option on this phone, mine says "mobile IM"
