  • " so the paper doenst use batteries either?" lol i dunno why i found that funny at 6:58. im not knocking on you cuz i know you asked that question as a comparison between the tablet vs physical sketchbook. i just thought it was funny for some reason. so far im finding this review very informative as i am looking into buying an intuos4, most likely the small version since i just want to draw as a hobby and not a profession. i for one appreciate this review parts 1-4

  • @RageSTi06 :) Yes, when I said the paper doesn't use batteries I was saying it as a joke, even though the joke delivers the truth as well... Thanks for watching.. Be sure to subscribe!

  • Nah :) He was curious of what we were doing... :)

  • That guy has some amazing hand control. He's just drawing a concept car comp for fun as he's talking. Very cool.

Had a buddy studying car design, at his school they were drawing 500 quick sketches a day.

  • This type of review works well when it comes to tablets. Just reading someone's text review is nothing compared to these :)

  • so the paper doesnt require batteries...haha

  • Working with the tablet or paper has its pros and cons. Who ever gives up paper for the tablet is a fool just like the one who gives up the tablet for the paper is a fool. We live in a ever increasing technological world and art companies requires that you know how to use all the materials available, including using a drawing tablet.

A creative artist embraces everything and adapts.

  • This really helped me in my choice. You basically asked all the questions I was wondering about before buying it and even went as far as to go out to ask different people what it's like to draw with it.

  • When I was doing my course we were required to get one of these and we were meant to get the large or the XL so I did the stupid thing and got the XL. I can tell you right now carrying 3kgs everywhere I went sucked lol but its good for when Im at home I prefer a big drawing space but going to class and back was horrible carrying that monstrosity

  • @RageSTi06 i guess ur using a high sence, i can't handle that :P i'm using the same as you atm, but i'm getting myself a medium now (like in the video). resolution: 1600x900. when i'm drawing i have to scratch over the pad several times cuz it's to small :( but i'm hoping the medium will do the trick :D

  • @mrSvartberg ive had the small intuos4 since september. it's perfect for me! based on how i use it i dont even use the entire area of the small version. i usually draw around the middle i noticed. i have a feeling it has to do with your monitor. im drawing using a 32 inch 1920x1080 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. what does this mean? drawing around the middle area of the tablet covers almost my entire screen, PERFECT! what monitor size/resolution/aspect ratio do you use?

  • @RageSTi06 the small version, boy.. i have it.. it's way to small, it will end up in rage and fustrations... go for the medium!

  • @jamievfx What i didnt realize is that when you hover your pen over the tablet, it still shows on screen where the pen is. I thought that you literally had to guess where on the tablet to draw.

  • @metaitachi not if you have any kind of hand eye coordination
