This TV commercial was a CLIO Award runner-up for best Public Service Announcement in 1980. Music: Rod Cornelius, Scott Moon, Mike Geibel, and Norman Ivey. Director: Michael Grasso, Cinematography: Gary Tomsic.

  • This is from 1980. I played keyboards on this - the cameraman was Gary Tomsic, who worked for KCRA, channel 3 in Sacramento. It was filmed in 16mm then it was transferred to tape format (U-matic?) for television broadcast - years later, Gary transferred a bunch of commercials he filmed to VHS - some time after that, he let me borrow the tape to transfer this to my computer, then to YouTube, and there you have it.
